Care Agency for Resilience and Resistance (CARR) is a community-driven NGO focused on practical pathways to resilience in The Gambia and Sub-Saharan Africa.
In a region where 85% of employment is within the informal sector and significant barriers to education and finance persist, CARR believes in the power of targeted capacity building as the cornerstone of sustainable development. We support vulnerable children, youth, women, and families through integrated interventions that connect entrepreneurship, education access, migration support, and systems strengthening.
